Appearance

The all new Suzuki GSX R 1000 is on the roads with a very new avatar and mind blowing looks. The bike looks very stunning and also very sporty. The sporty looks of the bike is enough to catch the heartbeat of the bike lovers. In its segment this bike is sure to make its mark. The full front fairing is sure to attract you in just a single glance. The reason for this is the body colored faring with dashing graphics. The R 1000 logo which is there in the side flare looks very eye catchy and smart. The smart halogen headlamp offers very classy and elegant look and also offers clear vision at night. The rear view mirrors are also of body color and the side indicator in it offers very smart and stylish look. The instrument panel also offers a very sports digital display which comprises of Speedometer, tachometer, trip meter and other indicators look amazing on the console. The seat is wide enough and is raised a little up for the pillion for the sake of sporty look. The 3 spoke big sized alloy wheel present in the bike offers very robust and aggressive looks.

Engine

The Suzuki GSX R 1000 engine is packed with engine capacity of 999 cc displacement. The powerful engine of Suzuki GSX R 100 is endowed with 4 Stroke and 4 cylinders. The engine with 16 valves and DOHC valve configuration will offer clear emission and reduced friction. The 4 stroke engine of Suzuki GSX R 1000 is packed with Fuel Injection system to offer smooth flow of oil and wet sump lubrication system. The engine of the bike is equipped with 6 Speed Constant mesh Transmission which offers smoother and swifter shifting of gears. The powerful engine produces less vibrations and noises even at higher speed. The engine offers a very tremendous power and a thumping torque and thus makes this bike a very good performer. The fuel injection technology helps to increase power and higher peak speed. The machine is also blessed with liquid cooling technology.  The bike has self and kicks start option that is useful when the battery turns down.

Colours

The new sports bike Suzuki GSX R 1000 comes in four stunning and attractive colors. The colors are Solid Black/Metallic Mat Titanium Silver (HTL) and Glass Splash White/Metallic Mat Stellar Blue (HTK). The body color is present at the fuel tank, front fairing, side panels, air scoops and front mudguard, front tyre cap, body colored rear view mirrors and last but not the least the grab rails. Brakes

Suzuki GSX R 1000 comes with disc brakes at both the wheels. The front twin disc brake is of 310 mm with radial mount and 4 piston calipers and the rear one will be 1 piston caliper with 220 mm disc. Both side disc brakes means, smart barking system that can halt the bike at any speed instantly and the bike can ensure braking even at shorter distance.

Suspension

The machine is very powerful as far as shock absorber of the machine is concerned; it houses Inverted telescopic with coil spring at front and Link type gas/oil damped with fully adjustable spring preload. In other words, the Suzuki GSX R 1000 is packed with advanced suspension which provides greater stability and control to the bike and ensures butter-smooth riding for the rider and passenger.

Wheels and Tyres

Suzuki GSX R 1000 is available with smart alloy wheels. The size of the wheels is 17 M/C x MT3.5 at front and 17 M/C x MT6 at rear. The bike possesses tubeless tyres which will reduce the possibility of puncture. The wheelbase of the bike is expected to be 1405 mm. The tyre size of the front is 120/70 ZR 17 M/C (58W) and the rear will be 190/50 ZR 17 M/C (73W). The broad tyres will control the bike in the event of off roading and reduce the rate of skidding.

Wheel Base and Controlling

The company is expected to add more flesh to the tyres. The wheelbase is expected to be 1405 mm which is very sufficient to control the bike and also to ensure greater stability. The controlling aspect of the machine is even emphasized with the use of disc brakes which will ensure instant braking when needed. Even the suspension will be more advanced and will offer dynamic stability and control to the bike. For better handling and control, split clip on handlebars are there.

When we talk about the comfort, Suzuki GSX R 1000 is filled with swathe of comfort features that offers very smooth and comfy riding. The split up seat available in the bike offers painless riding experience for the rider and pillion. The presence of the foot pegs and the passenger foot rest provides conveyance to both the driver and the pillion. The self start present in the bike offers very comfortable starting of the bike.
